Children in Years 4 and 2 brought home a data collection sheet before Christmas. It is important that the information contained on these forms is accurate and used to contact you in an emergency. If you still have a form at home please sign and return it to school, making any amendments as necessary. Even if there are no amendments we still need the form returned. Thank you.
