We hope that any parents' concerns will
be brought to the class teacher in the
first instance. Parents who continue to
be unhappy about any aspect of school
life should discuss this with the headteacher.
If they remain dissatisfied, the school
operates a formal complaints procedure
which refers matters to governors and
to the LEA if necessary, which can be
used.
